Q. If no rooms are available, can I be added to a waiting list?
Kaname Inn Tatemachi does not currently keep a waiting list.
Q. Is there a cancellation charge?
Cancellations made one (1) day prior to the arrival date will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made the day of arrival and no-shows incur a 100% charge.
Q. Is there available parking?
Tatemachi Street offers parking less than a minute’s walk from the hotel (link goes to external Japanese site). Please request a parking ticket upon check in. Parking tickets validate parking from 4:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following morning and are 1000 yen.

Q. Can I use your Internet service?
Kaname Inn Tatemachi offers free wi-fi service to all guests for cellular phones, tablets and laptops. We will provide specific information about using our wi-fi service upon check in. As with all public wireless services, please protect your personal and confidential information.
Q. Can I smoke?
All interior spaces in Kaname Inn Tatemachi are non-smoking. Designated smoking areas include balconies and outside the front entrance.
Q. Is there a curfew?
Kaname Inn Tatemachi does not have a curfew for guests, but we ask that you be considerate of other guests during late hours.
Q. Can I postpone my check out time?
Check out time is 11:00 a.m. but may be postponed for an additional 1000 yen per hour until 2:00 p.m. Check outs after 2:00 p.m. will incur the cost of another night's stay.
Q. Can I add another night to my stay?
You are welcome to extend your stay as long as rooms are available. Please check with the front desk about availability.
Q. What kinds of facilities and services do you have?
We have a bilingual tourism expert on staff to assist you with all your Kanazawa questions and provide recommendations. (Check with front desk for availability.)
The first floor hosts Kanazawa Music Bar, a combination DJ lounge, bar and café open from 7:00 a.m. to midnight. Breakfast and lunch are available, but guests are not obliged to make purchases and may freely treat the area as a lobby.

A laundry service is available for an additional fee.
Q. Can I have my luggage shipped to you?
Yes, we will accept most luggage shipped on your behalf. Please include the name of the reservation and check in date on the shipping label. We will be unable to accept refrigerated items.
Q. Can I ship my luggage from the hotel?
Our front desk can provide luggage delivery service for destinations inside Japan. For shipping luggage internationally, please visit the nearby post office.
Q. Can I leave my luggage with you before check in or after check out?
Yes; however, we are unable to keep fragile items. Please pick up your luggage the same day.
